Smadar Kahana is Managing Director of Engel & Völkers Marbella. With an international background in strategic marketing, including a career in Munich, she relocated to Marbella in 2003 and led the opening of the brand’s first office in the city. In more than 20 years, the network she leads has grown to six shops across Marbella, serving an international clientele of luxury property buyers and sellers.

Under her leadership, the agency expanded into new developments, working closely with developers on projects such as La Fuente and Benalús, and has become a regular reference in analysing the Marbella market, including its evolution into a year-round destination. In 2026, Marbella City Council honoured her on Europe Day for her contribution to the city’s development and growth.
