Neil Mailer is New Development Manager at Engel & Völkers Marbella and one of the voices behind the rise of branded residences in Marbella. He leads the commercialisation of luxury new developments, working with developers, architects and buyers from the early stages of each project to its sale, with a particular focus on residences that carry the signature of an international design or lifestyle brand.

His market analysis covers some of the most talked-about branded projects on the Costa del Sol, such as EPIC Marbella, the 74-residence Golden Mile development designed and furnished with Fendi Casa, and the Armani and Rafa Nadal estate by Sierra Blanca Estates. He regularly explains why branded residences have become a reference in Marbella’s prime market: buyers are no longer looking only for square metres, but for design, lifestyle and the added value of a recognised brand, which is also what makes these homes attractive to investors.

Working alongside the New Developments team, he helps ensure that every development reaches the market with a clear positioning, from the choice of the right buyer profile to the way each residence is presented, and that international buyers are guided with transparency from the first enquiry to the handover of their keys.
