María Carrión is Marketing Director at Engel & Völkers Marbella, where she leads the marketing of our luxury properties, from the visual identity of each campaign to the content that presents every home to buyers around the world. With a background in design and fashion and training at the University of the Arts London, she brings an international aesthetic sensibility and a keen eye for emerging trends to luxury real estate marketing.

Her work combines art direction and graphic design for premium content with brand storytelling and the analysis of results: she creates tailored marketing plans for individual properties and reports that measure how each one performs. Part of the Engel & Völkers Marbella team since 2021, she also writes about the market, including the agency’s annual Market Report.

María is a natural communicator, able to translate the values of Engel & Völkers Marbella into a coherent marketing strategy that resonates both locally and internationally.
