Owners enjoy up to 60 nights per year.  Outside of this, your residence can be placed into the professional rental program to generate income.

Owners pay a monthly service charge covering resort services, maintenance, insurance of common areas, and staffing. Optional à la carte services such as private butler, in-residence catering, and personal training are available at an additional cost.
