We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive the sales of an exclusive new development of
branded residences.
What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
- Spearheading the sales efforts for a high-profile new development of branded
residences. - Communicating a compelling vision for unbuilt properties to potential buyers.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Utilising your in-depth knowledge of the Spanish Real Estate market to identify and
close sales opportunities. - Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with:
- 5+ years of proven experience selling off-plan properties, ideally in Spain.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- The ability to communicate a vision for unbuilt properties effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the Spanish real estate market, especially Marbella.
- A strong client-centric approach and excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Additional languages (German, French, Scandinavian) are a significant plus.
- A valid driver’s license and your own transportation.
