Sales Executive – Luxury Branded Residences

a proven track record of success in off-plan property sales?

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive the sales of an exclusive new development of
branded residences.

What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Spearheading the sales efforts for a high-profile new development of branded
    residences.
  • Communicating a compelling vision for unbuilt properties to potential buyers.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Utilising your in-depth knowledge of the Spanish Real Estate market to identify and
    close sales opportunities.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with:

  • 5+ years of proven experience selling off-plan properties, ideally in Spain.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to communicate a vision for unbuilt properties effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish real estate market, especially Marbella.
  • A strong client-centric approach and excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Additional languages (German, French, Scandinavian) are a significant plus.
  • A valid driver’s license and your own transportation.

  • Experience in luxury real estate.
  • An existing network of high-net-worth clients.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • At least five months time available to complete the full internship
    • A high degree of commitment and a strong sense of team spirit
    • Good manners and an amiable personality
    • Good professional appearance
    • Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
