Executive Personal Assistant

To maintain our position as the market leader, we are seeking a sophisticated and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to serve as the strategic right hand to our Sales Director.

This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who balances high-level executive support with the finesse required to oversee operations across our 7 iconic locations in Marbella.

The Role:

You will be the heartbeat of our sales operations, ensuring the Sales Director’s office operates with seamless precision and absolute discretion. Your mission is to bridge the gap between vision and execution, fostering an environment of excellence across our team of shop assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive & Personal Support: Act as the primary liaison for the Sales Director, managing complex agendas, bespoke travel arrangements, and high-level communications.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire our team of shop assistants across 7 premium locations, setting the gold standard for service and productivity.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure our shops consistently reflect the prestige and branding of the Engel & Völkers identity.
  • Data Integrity & CRM Management: Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics with meticulous detail, preparing regular reports that drive strategic decisions.
  • Budgetary Oversight: Partner with the Sales Director to optimize costs and assist in financial forecasting for the Marbella region.
  • Strategic Liaison: Ensure fluid and elegant communication between headquarters, elite agents, and internal teams.

The Profile:

  • Bilingual Excellence: Absolute fluency in English and Spanish is essential. You are a refined communicator capable of interacting with high-net-worth individuals and international teams.
  • Vast Experience: A proven track record in executive management support, ideally within the luxury real estate or premium hospitality sectors.
  • Natural Leadership: You possess the authority and empathy required to manage a distributed team and maintain peak performance standards.
  • Discretion: You handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professional grace.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven reporting to support the growth of the Marbella market.

    • At least five months time available to complete the full internship
    • A high degree of commitment and a strong sense of team spirit

    • Good professional appearance
    • Experience working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
