Nueva Andalucía area

Las Brisas Real Club
Playing at Las Brisas is a real dream for any enthusiastic golfer. Recognised as one of Europe’s finest courses this is the achievement of the architect Robert Trent Jones, inaugurated in 1969. An 18-hole golf course at the heart of the Golf Valley, which hosted numerous tournaments such as the World Cup twice and the Spanish Open three times. Water is the major feature of this golf that players like to challenge by crossing or avoiding it.

Los Naranjos Golf Club
The golf course exudes a special and cheerful atmosphere with large greens surrounded by orange trees. A master piece designed by the renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Sr. and considered as one of the best courses in Spain.

Aloha Golf Club
One of the best known courses designed by the professional golf player Javier Arana, as part of the famous Golf Valley. In recent years, the 18-hole golf has seen improvements to the course to offer more and more challenge and excitement to players. La Quinta Golf & Country Club
Magnificent 27-hole golf divided into 3 courses, extremely well-known in La Costa del Sol by its wide fairways but also its top quality services. Suitable for all levels of play, the courses have been designed by the Ryder Cup winner Manuel Piñero and is now considered one of the most attractive golf clubs with stunning views over the golf valley and the sea.

Marbella West Area
Real Club Guadalmina – South Course
Considered one of the oldest golf courses on the Costa del Sol, it is renowned for its difficulty, which experienced golfers love to challenge. The fairways along the course are narrow and protected by pine and jacaranda trees, requiring accurate shots if you don’t want to lose your ball.

Real Club Guadalmina – North Course
The North golf Course has the distinction of running along the Guadalmina River, guaranteeing a very pleasant and refreshing experience for those who experience it. Designed by Folco Nardi, the course is considered less difficult than the South course, however, it requires great accuracy as it is shorter with more water hazards hidden in the rough. Most competitions are played on the gentle fairways of this golf course.

Atalaya Golf Course
Two splendid golf courses constitute the Atalaya Golf, that’s to say the old course dating back to 1968 and the new course inaugurated in 1992. Both are 18-holes courses lying between Estepona and Marbella, with a club offering one of the biggest practice courses in Spain. The Old Course is an entertaining game of golf that isn’t especially challenging, perfect for beginners and the views are spectacular. The New Course is appropriate for players of all skills levels which is near the Old one and oriented towards the mountains.

El Paraiso Golf Club
What makes El Paraiso Golf particularly attractive is its greatest location nestled in a valley surrounded by hills from where enjoying the views towards the coast is a real pleasure. Carefully designed by Gary Player, the 18-hole course requires precision due to wide fairways surrounded by roughs hiding streams and water obstacles occurring at times, both representing dangerous traps. A pleasant challenge to overcome with friends and family thanks to its excellent design.

Villa Padierna Golf Resort
Nestled in a naturally lush setting, the majestic Villa Padierna hotel gathers 3 superb golf courses including Los Flamingos golf (18 holes, Par 71), Tramores golf (18 holes, Par 63) and Alferini golf (18 holes, Par 73). Playing in each course is an exceptional experience and the exquisite service and quality of the fairways are all there for you to enjoy the courses. Designed by Cristóbal Guerrero and Antonio García Garrido, all the courses are synonyms of tranquillity providing a relaxing environment.

Los Flamingos Golf
A very pleasant course to follow surrounded by a wide variety of trees with a breathtaking view of the sea. Los Flamingos Golf has been home to big tournaments such as the 2002, 2003 and 2004 European Seniors and the Women’s Spanish Open in 2010.
Recommended for learners playing golf, Tramores golf is the perfect course to improve your short game as it is fast and needs accuracy. Maximum handicap: gentlemen 48, ladies 48.

Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club
As the designer Severiano Ballesteros intended when designing the course, this 18-hole golf course is suitable for players of all levels, both professionals and beginners. Situated among the mountains of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range, it is an outstanding location to enjoy a play.

El Higueral Golf
A picturesque 9-hole course amidst styled lakes, designed to maximize the players’ enjoyment at each round. Nestled on the foothills of Benahavís, impressive views towards the sea await you while playing.

Marbella Club Golf Resort
Set in a wonderful lush setting amidst the hills of Benahavís, the 18-hole course enjoys perfect views of La Concha as well as the sea and is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the Marbella Club and Puente Romano Hotels. Thanks to the designer Dave Thomas, each course experiments a different layout, giving players the opportunity to take all their clubs out of the bag. Be informed that the golf requires maximum handicaps of 36 for women and 28 for men.

La Zagaleta Golf & Country Club
One of the youngest and most beautiful golf courses on the Costa del Sol located amidst a nature reserve full of flora and fauna. Only reserved for its members and guests, the golf comprises two 18-hole courses: the old one (opened in 1991) and the new course (opened in 2005). Whereas the old course has been set and designed on an hilly land by Brad Benz, the newest one has fairways more undulating and immerses you in a private and quiet atmosphere for a dynamic play.

Marbella East Area
Río Real Golf Club
An 18-hole golf course that runs down to the beach, with a majority of flat fairways. The experience is wonderful with the stunning view towards the sea and the river intersecting the course at some points. Designed by the top architect Javier Arana, the golf course opened in 1965 as part of Los Monteros development.

Marbella Golf Club
Designed by Robert Trent Jones, it is a long challenging golf course with the first few holes crossed by ravines and gullies that require accurate and courageous tee shots. The golf course is well worth it for the memorable view of the sea from the 12th hole.

Cabopino Golf Club
A beautiful 18-hole golf with scenic courses from where enjoying the views to the mountains and the sea is very pleasant. Juan Ligues the architect, has designed a game of short golf but also tight in places in order to challenge the players.

Greenlife Golf Club
Recently opened in 2009, this is a real picturesque golf complex, part of the luxury development surrounding the sophisticated Villa Padierna hotel. Whilst it is a 9-hole course, the golf is often associated with its sister, Los Flamingos Golf by being designed by Antonio García Garrido as well.
Features: Par 73, Michelin-star restaurant El Lago, clay tennis courts, clubhouse with gymnasium and sauna.
Santa Clara Golf
Along the 18 holes of Santa Clara Golf, you will enjoy every shot so much that you will not want to leave the fairways. Designed by Enrique Canales Busquets, the course is incredibly well designed with little rough to stimulate each player venturing onto the course.

Santa Maria Golf & Country Club
The arresting beauty of Santa Maria golf lies in its magnificent course matching with its clubhouse in a manor house style. An 18-hole course sometimes undulating with water hazards to spice the game.
