# About

In the tranquil hills of Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, rises a landmark project that transcends the definition of luxury living. Ocho de Oro is a curated collection of eight villas with exclusive interior design by Versace Home, a project where Mediterranean beauty meets the unmistakable codes of one of the world’s most iconic fashion houses. Each residence is a celebration of Versace’s unparalleled design heritage, where architecture, fine Italian materials, and curated craftsmanship converge in a statement of refined elegance. Every element, down to the last mosaic, handle, or textile, bears the imprint of Versace Home, transforming these villas into immersive expressions of couture living. These are not simply homes, but entire worlds of aesthetic harmony and elevated comfort. Signature Versace motifs including Greca, Medusa, and Barocco are infused into mosaics, fabrics, furniture, and finishes. Double height interiors and flowing open plan spaces are adorned with Italian marble and Rosenthal ceramics. Cascading infinity pools, panoramic terraces, rooftop lounges, firepit lounges, and private wellness sanctuaries offer a complete lifestyle experience. Concierge services, 24 hour gated security, home automation, and unparalleled privacy are all included on plots of approximately 2,000 square metres. Each villa is an architectural jewel with a unique soul, designed not only to be seen, but to be lived. Construction is scheduled to begin before the end of 2025
