# About

Set within one of the most established and prestigious residential areas of East Marbella, Dream Hacienda Las Chapas is an exclusive collection of just 7 signature villas, designed to offer maximum privacy, refined architecture, and a seamless connection with the surrounding Mediterranean landscape. Each villa is positioned on generous plots ranging from approximately 1,000 m² to 1,260 m², with a carefully considered layout that follows the natural topography of the land. The development has been designed with a gently staggered configuration, ensuring open views, abundant natural light, and complete privacy between residences. The architecture is defined by clean lines and contemporary volumes, softened by a warm Mediterranean palette and extensive landscaping. Lush vegetation surrounds each property, creating a continuous green environment that enhances the sense of space and integrates each home into its natural surroundings. The result is a balanced and harmonious residential concept where architecture and landscape work together seamlessly. The villas offer spacious, open-plan interiors designed for modern living, with an emphasis on natural light, fluid layouts, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large terraces, private gardens, and carefully designed exterior areas create an ideal setting for both relaxation and entertaining. The project is designed by renowned architect Teodoro Cabrilla, whose work reflects over 30 years of experience in high-end residential developments, including landmark projects such as The View Marbella. His approach combines geometric precision with a deep understanding of Mediterranean light, resulting in homes that feel both contemporary and timeless. Located in Hacienda Las Chapas, an area known for its discretion, established villa community, and proximity to some of the finest beaches on the Costa del Sol, the development offers a rare balance between tranquillity and accessibility. Marbella centre, international schools, golf courses, and a wide range of amenities are all within easy reach. Dream Hacienda Las Chapas presents a unique opportunity to own a limited edition villa in a highly sought-after residential enclave, where privacy, design, and natural surroundings define the lifestyle. Building works are now underway, with completion expected in Q4 2027. Prices from: €3,490,000.
